Sensitive travel scene in Southeast Asia

Experience

Not only journeys, sensations.

Behind every itinerary is a way of feeling a country: its rhythms, contrasts, encounters, flavors and silences too.

At human scale, we favor direct contact, simple exchanges and attentive follow-up for every request. This proximity lets us quickly understand expectations, fine-tune proposals with precision and stay fully involved at every step.

From the first exchange to on-site execution, every detail matters: the choice of a venue, the rhythm of a day, the quality of a guide, the relevance of an experience and the fluidity of logistics.

A flexible, responsive approach, deeply rooted in the field, to create coherent, sensitive programs truly adapted to each project.

Intensity · Contrast · Authenticity

Vietnam

The energy of a country in motion, the depth of an ancient culture.

Vietnam cannot be summed up. Hanoi vibrates, Ho Chi Minh City overflows, and between the two stretches a country of striking diversity: karst bays, terraced rice fields, preserved villages, endless delta. For an incentive group, it is a destination that leaves nobody indifferent: it surprises, stimulates and connects people.

Ha Long Bay for a night on a privately chartered junk. Hoi An for an evening in the lantern-lit old town. The rice terraces of Mu Cang Chai for a dinner away from the world. Hanoi to feel the pulse of an Asian capital that has lost none of its authenticity.

Temple in Cambodia

Power · Emotion · Human warmth

Cambodia

The strongest visual impact in Southeast Asia. Full stop.

Some places impose themselves. Angkor is one of them. When a group discovers the temples at sunrise, or accesses a site after public closing for a cocktail dinner among thousand-year-old stones, something happens: a shared emotion, a common reference, a memory that settles in.

That is Cambodia: an exceptional evocative power, carried by people whose warmth and resilience are deeply moving. Phnom Penh is gaining strength as an urban destination, Siem Reap remains the country’s beating heart for incentive groups. Everywhere, the generosity of the field more than compensates for infrastructure still in development.

Serenity · Preservation · Intimacy

Laos

The country that makes people disconnect. Truly.

Laos is rare. Rare because it remains one of the only countries in Southeast Asia that has not rushed into modernity. Here, time slows down. Temples are quiet, the Mekong is wide, mornings smell of incense and river. For teams used to running, it is a shock, in the best sense.

Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the most confidential incentive destination in our portfolio. Small, preserved, intimate. It creates a closeness between participants that no seminar room can manufacture. People live at the same rhythm, share the same surprises and return changed.

Our core expertise: Incentive Travel

A successful Incentive trip is about more than choosing a beautiful destination. It starts with a clear purpose: designing an experience that reflects the company’s identity, the project’s objectives and the profile of the group.

Experiences That Bring People Together, with Respect for Local Communities

Every programme is designed with careful consideration for local cultures, traditions and communities, creating an experience that is both memorable for participants and respectful of those who welcome them.

FIT

FIT

Private and fully tailored itineraries

For individual clients, every program is designed as a fluid, comfortable and perfectly controlled experience.

Dedicated guide, private driver, adapted rhythm, carefully selected accommodation and stages: every detail is adjusted to the clients’ profile, wishes and way of discovering the destination.

The goal is to offer elegant, flexible and coherent itineraries, where the comfort of organization leaves full space for emotion, encounters and discovery in the best conditions.

Groups

Cultural and thematic groups.

Cultural tours, thematic routes, solidarity experiences and local encounters: every program is designed to offer groups an authentic, balanced discovery rooted in the territory.

Through villages, know-how, local initiatives and exchanges with communities, the itinerary takes on a more human, lively and closer dimension to the country.

CSR

A responsibility rooted in the field

We have worked in Southeast Asia for more than 18 years. We know this field: its richness, fragilities and communities. This proximity creates a responsibility that we take seriously, without staging it.

Our CSR approach is not a marketing argument. It is a way of working, built progressively and rooted in the daily life of our operations.

CSR

Because a journey is more than an itinerary

It is also shaped through conversation: with the people who welcome us, pass on their know-how and give every place its depth.

We design experiences that encourage meaningful encounters, respect local rhythms and create a fair place for communities and travellers alike.

Our commitments in documents

What we have already put in place

Internal actions

Progressive reduction of printing, increased digitisation of documents and reusable water bottles offered or encouraged within teams.

More responsible programmes

Walking, cycling, sampan travel and local encounters are favoured when the programme allows, with close attention to distances and pace.

Local impact

Craft workshops, community encounters, meals with local families and the celebration of traditional craftsmanship.

Value chain

Progressively strengthening selection criteria for accommodation, restaurants, guides and suppliers that respect local communities.

CSR

Activities we refuse

Regardless of the request, we exclude experiences that undermine animal welfare, human dignity or local cultures.

  • Elephant riding
  • Shows involving animals
  • Crocodile farms run as tourist attractions
  • Orphanage visits
  • Activities disrespectful of local communities
  • Experiences that undermine human dignity
